我司（以下简称“李宁公司”）发现某些机构或个人冒用李宁公司官方账号、冒充李宁公司员工，未经授权擅自使用李宁公司企业名称、注册商标及企业标识，或伪造李宁公司授权文件、员工证件、网站域名、电子邮箱等。上述行为误导公众，严重侵害了李宁公司的企业形象、商业信誉及潜在商业机会，并可能同时损害被误导公众及相关各方的合法权益。为维护李宁公司及社会公众的合法权益，特此郑重声明如下： 
Certain institutions and individuals have been misrepresenting their affiliation with our company (“Li Ning”), including by fraudulently operating Li Ning's official accounts, impersonating Li Ning personnel, using Li Ning's corporate name, registered trademarks and logo without authorization, or forging Li Ning's authorization documents, personnel credentials, website domains and email addresses. Such conduct misleads the public, seriously damages Li Ning's corporate image, business reputation and potential business opportunities, and may also prejudice the legitimate rights and interests of the misled public and other relevant parties. To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Li Ning and the general public, Li Ning hereby officially declares as follows:

1．李宁公司对其注册商标依法享有注册商标专用权。任何组织或个人未经李宁公司书面授权，均不得使用李宁公司的注册商标、企业名称及其他商业标识从事任何商业活动或社会活动。
Li Ning is lawfully entitled to the exclusive right to use its registered trademarks. No organization or individual may, without Li Ning's prior written authorization, use Li Ning's registered trademarks, corporate name or other commercial marks for any commercial or social purpose.

2．任何组织或个人假冒李宁公司注册商标、企业名称及其他商业标识，或冒充李宁公司员工、冒用李宁公司网站域名及电子邮箱，欺骗他人、扰乱市场秩序、损害李宁公司品牌形象或给李宁公司造成损失的，一经发现，李宁公司将依法追究其法律责任。
Any organization or individual who counterfeits Li Ning's registered trademarks, corporate name or other commercial marks, or impersonates Li Ning's personnel or fraudulently uses Li Ning's website domains and email addresses to deceive others, disrupt market order, damage Li Ning's brand image or cause losses to Li Ning shall, once discovered, be pursued by Li Ning for legal liability in accordance with law.

3．社会公众可通过下列官方渠道获取李宁公司的业务信息、产品信息、活动公告等相关信息；除李宁公司自身外，任何机构或个人均未获授权以李宁公司名义发布相关信息。
